Blogging is one of the top ways you can make 400 dollars a day or more. I've been blogging for over 3 years now, and earn over $400 a day from my portfolio of sites.
This is one of the best side hustles you can start with little money because the cost to start a blog is minimal.
Typically, you can get your blog off the ground for around $100 per year, but sometimes it can be even less.
First, you’ll want to have a blogging business plan in place. This will help you determine what your blog will be about, how you’ll make money, and what your goals are.
Once you have your plan in place, you’ll need to secure a domain for your site and purchase hosting to store your files.

You’ll want to pick a domain that resonates with your topic or niche. For example, if you're starting a blog about cooking or recipes, something related to cooking in the name is a great idea.
After purchasing hosting, you can install WordPress on your site for free. SiteGround can do this for you, free of charge. It's super easy and they have tons of tutorials that are helpful for beginners.
Next, you can select a theme for your blog to get the design you want. There are a number of free themes, or you can opt to purchase a premium theme that's more customizable.
Finally, it’s time to start creating content!
Creating high quality content that resonates with your readers is the key. This is the most time consuming process, but it's also the most important. If you can't build trust with your audience, you'll have a more difficult time earning money from your blog.
So how does a blog make money anyways?
Blogs can make money through display ads, affiliate marketing, selling sponsored posts, and more.
For my blogs, I combine multiple methods – but 99% of it is from display ads and affiliate marketing, any that's how most blogs operate.

Believe it or not, I used to own a lawn care business while in high school that was quite profitable. My business partner and I eventually sold the business when we headed to college for a nice chunk of cash.
When it comes to lawn care and landscaping, you need to be okay with hard work and you'll need to find a way to promote your business. I found that flyers were extremely effective in gaining new customers. We got around a 3% conversion rate for each flyer we passed out.
By doing some simple math, you can see that 100 flyers = 3 customers. 3 customers = $100+ per week.
To get started with your lawn care business, you’ll need to invest in some basic supplies and equipment.

With landscaping, you can earn even more. It's possible to charge over $1,000 for mulching and weeding a garden that can be completed in a single day.
I highly recommend giving a lawn care and landscaping business a try if you want to make $400 a day. This is a terrific side hustle for teens or anyone who doesn't mind putting in the work.
4. Freelance Writing
Freelance writing is a great way to make money online for beginners because it costs nothing to start and you can make great money.
With freelance writing, you can work from anywhere in the world (with an internet connection) and set your own hours and rates.
This makes it an excellent option for stay at home moms or anyone looking for a flexible side hustle.
To get started as a freelance writer you have a few options.
